Since the world revolves around the burps and hiccups of the USA here is one of the finest analyses I've heard so far. Does Obama have the balls to do something like this? And the answer is... I doubt it. And Canada, where do we sit in like circumstances? What do we know about that front? We seem to change governments every ten years or so for the last three decades but nothing changes.
